Because you know your customers best, Happy Clay is always interested in developing exclusive stockist collections to create works that truly connect with your market.

Once approved, you will receive access to our online wholesale inventory to shop at your convenience

Wholesale Terms.

 

MINIMUMS

Opening Order minimum of $300. You may choose an assortment of styles. Selections from the available inventory will ship within 2-3 business days. Requests for collections currently out of stock will take 6 weeks to turn around. Custom textiles or collections designed for your store exclusively will take 8 weeks to turn around first custom order.

 

REORDERS

Minimum amount for reorders is $160. Reorders will not be released for shipment until payment has been received for any previous orders.
NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS: All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.

PAYMENTS

Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Paypal and company check by approval. First orders must be pre-paid via cc or check. All subsequent orders will be billed at the time of ship, a credit card is required at the time the order is placed. You may place your wholesale order online, by telephone, email (sales@happyclay.com) at a trade show, or by appointment. We do not accept COD. We do not do consignment.

 

DELIVERY & SHIPPING: 

Orders will be completed and shipped within 1-8 weeks from the date the order was placed, and depending upon the selection of items ordered. Actual shipping costs will be added to your final invoice. We ship via USPS, Fedex, UPS with insurance/delivery confirmation and use economical Flat Rate boxes whenever possible. International orders are subject to custom restrictions/shipping requirements and buyer is responsible for all duties and import taxes/fees. Registered Mail, Express Mail, and FedEx are available upon request and will incur additional charges to be determined. UPS and FedEx are available as 3rd party billing if account number is provided.

EXCLUSIVITY & PROXIMITY:

Approval is needed before becoming a Happy Clay stockist. This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other stockists in the area. Proximity and exclusivity will be evaluated case by case and a number of factors will be considered. If you have questions please contact sales@happyclay.com.

 

DAMAGES/SHORT/LOST GOODS: 

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Contact Happy Clay at sales@happyclay.com within 3 days of receipt of damaged, missing or defective shipments. Please keep all packaging materials so we may collect shipping insurance. Once received, damaged or defective merchandise will be reviewed. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt. A return authorization number (RA#) will be required for any return.
